deep from bottom of my heart......







yesterday.....



I don't know why...



but I felt sorrow..... :(






Maybe I miss my father very much......



my father passed away since I was 10 years old...



the time that I know nothing about this life......






sometimes....



I feel so sad ,



when my friends story me about their's father



story me about thats and this that related to their father....






not because I'm jealous with them....



but I just want to express my feeling in my blog...



hope Miss Hasna don't mind about it....






Now, I'm trying to be a strong person...
eventhough sometime I failed to do so....








by hook or by crook....
life must be go on...

behind those tears.......



I remembered when I at Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah at Ke
dah for doctor career exposure program.
I felt touched when I saw an old man about
seventy-something years old
with wheelchair w
autoing his son to fetch him home after medical session.....
Then my friend and I asked him why he was not back home yet.
......
the old man with wrinkled and sorrow face told us that his son was mad at him when he request his son to accompany him to the hospital....
After
3 hours, the old man was still there waiting for his son to fetch him home.....
After the program had ended for that day,
I still saw the old man there...
I wonder
.... How could a son do that to his own father...

I have a friend whom her parents passed away since s
he was child.....
now she has nobody except her grandmother....


I realise that even though my father passed away since I was 10 years old...
but I sti
ll have my mother....
and one thing I love my mother so much..



I hope that children outside there take care of your parents
while they still alive......

Please!!!!
Don't hurt your parents anymore....
Love them through your heart....

secret of sleep???!!!

Sometimes we thought sleep is nothing to us.....
but sleep is interwoven with every facet of daily life.....
It affects our health and well-being, our mood and behaviour, our energy and emotion, and also our happiness.....that's why there a many people easily get angry when they are lack of sleep......
that's why sleep very important to us..... :)
poor sleep may be hazardous to your health...
make sure reducing your tension and coping with stress for having a good night sleep........
First of all, thinks about what you really want from life.
thinks thoroughly ....
Learn to concentrate on a task what you do it...
When something worries you, talk it out...
Express your feeling to your best friend or your member...
Trust me, its will help you..
Escape your problems for a while... go to movies,shopping, :) visit a friend, or play a game with your friends like tennis.... ( But don't keep escaping: learn to deal with problems as promptly as you can..)...
If boredom or loneliness is your problem, built some variety and laughter into life to make your life cheerful...
I hope all of you will get a nice sleep..
