secret of sleep???!!!

Sometimes we thought sleep is nothing to us.....
but sleep is interwoven with every facet of daily life.....
It affects our health and well-being, our mood and behaviour, our energy and emotion, and also our happiness.....that's why there a many people easily get angry when they are lack of sleep......
that's why sleep very important to us..... :)
poor sleep may be hazardous to your health...
make sure reducing your tension and coping with stress for having a good night sleep........
First of all, thinks about what you really want from life.
thinks thoroughly ....
Learn to concentrate on a task what you do it...
When something worries you, talk it out...
Express your feeling to your best friend or your member...
Trust me, its will help you..
Escape your problems for a while... go to movies,shopping, :) visit a friend, or play a game with your friends like tennis.... ( But don't keep escaping: learn to deal with problems as promptly as you can..)...
If boredom or loneliness is your problem, built some variety and laughter into life to make your life cheerful...
